Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist in managing reservations and waitlist - Maintain accurate knowledge of seating availability and table turnover - Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Positive attitude and willingness to help others Join our team and enjoy a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.
