Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Provider - HHA, CNA, Companion Aides. As a Home Care Provider, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily activities, providing personal care, offering companionship, and ensuring their overall well-being. This role requires working closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to create a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients. The role is located in the Saint Petersburg Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• Caregiving, Home Care, and Elder Care skills
• Experience in providing personal care
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish a trusting and compassionate relationship with clients
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Empathy and patience
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred, but not required (Companion Aide)
• Additional certifications and training in caregiving are beneficial

Base salary starts at $15 and goes up based on experience and qualifications.
