We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training for new employees. Position Overview: As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. You should be adept at multitasking, handling phone calls, and managing patient interactions with professionalism and care. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Confirm and update patient identification, demographic, and insurance information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients.
  • Present treatment plan options and assist with collecting payments as needed.
  • Track case acceptance and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Run reports and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and basic typing/data entry experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Basic critical thinking skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, courteous demeanor with a keen attention to detail.
