Overview:
We are seeking a skilled partner dentist to join our team in the Oklahoma City area. As a partner dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for you to own 25% of a booming practice! Your compensation is based on what you produce after overhead and office expenses, which are split between the four owner doctors. Experienced dentists and new grads welcome to apply!

Duties:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct oral surgery procedures as needed
- Utilize CAD/CAM technology for restorative dentistry
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain aseptic technique
- Collaborate with dental assistants to provide optimal patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses

Experience:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license or wilingness to obtain Oklahoma licensure
- Proficiency in medical coding and terminology systems
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols in a dental office setting
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
