COMFORT FLOW HEATING CO is Hiring a Receptionist/Office Support Near Roseburg, OR

Position SummaryAnswer and direct all incoming calls, dealing with a diverse group of internal and external contacts in a professional manner. Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization of reception area. This job posting is for our Roseburg Office.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
  • Answer all phone calls in a timely, professional manner; direct calls to appropriate associates
  • Keep front office clean and organized
  • Order and keep inventory of office and break room supplies
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties
  • Accept incoming mail and deliveries
  • Sort customer files and enter into docuware
  • Enter warranty information into Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Receive after hours messages, distribute to appropriate personnel
  • Filing as directed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications
  • Positive attitude and friendly personality
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
Education And Experience
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred
  • 2 years customer service experience is required
  • Experience preparing letters, emails and spreadsheets
  • Efficient data entry and typing skills
  • Prior experience working in HVAC, construction or similar trade is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
