Position SummaryAnswer and direct all incoming calls, dealing with a diverse group of internal and external contacts in a professional manner. Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization of reception area. This job posting is for our Roseburg Office. Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Answer all phone calls in a timely, professional manner; direct calls to appropriate associates
Keep front office clean and organized
Order and keep inventory of office and break room supplies
Perform a variety of clerical duties
Accept incoming mail and deliveries
Sort customer files and enter into docuware
Enter warranty information into Microsoft Dynamics GP
Receive after hours messages, distribute to appropriate personnel
Filing as directed
Other duties as assigned

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications
Positive attitude and friendly personality
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
Education And Experience
High School diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred
2 years customer service experience is required
Experience preparing letters, emails and spreadsheets
Efficient data entry and typing skills
Prior experience working in HVAC, construction or similar trade is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
