Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., reservation software)
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Experience in hospitality or guest services (preferred)

You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest
You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first
Handle customer complaints as necessary
Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
