Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding areas
- Check guests in and out of their rooms efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide support to guests when required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with Choice hotel systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
