Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and making necessary repairs
- Support the maintenance team in supervising contractors and vendors
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintaining industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
