Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Experience:
- Proven experience in floor care, housekeeping management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, custodial services, or industrial cleaning is a plus
