**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to oversee the daily housekeeping operations of our esteemed hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the entire property, from guest rooms to public areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to lead our housekeeping team and provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. **Duties:** - Oversee the entire housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our standards - Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in cleaning procedures - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping - Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are properly maintained and replaced when necessary - Collaborate with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless service - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors - Participate in budgeting and forecasting to ensure cost-effective operations - Analyze and report on housekeeping performance, identifying areas for improvement **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a leadership role - Proven track record of success in managing a housekeeping team - Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and products - Experience with industrial cleaning methods and equipment - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team - Experience in hospitality management is desirable - Certification in housekeeping management is an asset **Skills:** - Experience with clean and floor care - Strong background in hotel hospitality - Proven experience in custodial work - Excellent housekeeping management skills - Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods - Ability to work in a variety of environments, including guest rooms and public areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.81 - $14.29 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 80 per week
