A Guest Service Agent with Hilton Garden Inn is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Previous Night Audit experience a bonus, OnQ experience preferred. Overnight (10pm - 6am) front desk shift tasked with remaining arrivals, daily night audit reports and tasks to perform. Computer savvy; uploading of daily reports and sending reports to management. Night audit works alongside an overnight security associate.
