Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field OR minimum of 3 years of business leadership experience, including supervision and sales, in healthcare or a related field.
• Leadership experience aligning with healthcare/home health care standards.

Essential Functions:

• Implement and monitor continuous quality improvement programs to enhance client care delivery and satisfaction.
• Lead, develop, train and mentor staff to foster professional growth.
• Review, recommend, and implement procedures and standards to guide service provision and compliance.
• Cultivate a professional and respectful environment to attract and retain high-performing employees.
• Collaborate with the Owner to achieve objectives and set goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Develop and evaluate programs to meet financial, quality, and service standards.
• Maintain accountability for staff orientation, education, and competency verification.
• Provide visible and accessible support to staff, including on- call responsibilities.
