We are seeking a dynamic Home Care Agency Business Development Manager/Client Care Coordinator/Relationships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, have previous experience in healthcare business development , passion for the elderly or aging population, and deep understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive company's growth
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior communities
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Create presentations and proposals for potential clients and families
- Implement revenue-enhancing strategies
- Forge partnerships within the senior community
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field. (preferred)
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to grow the business, manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
