We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will be instrumental in assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring the well-being of our clients in a home care environment. Clients needs and hours vary, therefor we do offer a flexible schedule. All Caregivers are required to work either a Saturday or Sunday every other week, or one full weekend a month.

Duties:
- Provide direct support and assistance with activities of daily living for clients
- Provide medication reminders for Clients
- Respect and uphold the rights and dignity of clients at all times
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Safely lift and transfer clients when required

Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
- Current vehicle insurance and registration
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient care
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient well-being
- Prior experience or familiarity with hospice care practices is beneficial
