**Care Coordinator**
**Duties:**
- Coordinate and schedule client shifts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of home care services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Assist with administrative support tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing caregivers
- Monitor and track client updates, documenting any changes or concerns
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and privacy laws
**Experience:**
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
