Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients and staff regarding client care
- Managing employee schedules and maintaining calendars
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, documentation, filing, and photocopying
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
