As a Registered Nurse (RN) you are responsible for the well being and nursing care of all home health clients assigned. You will travel to the clients' homes and provide nursing services following the patient’s treatment plan or physician’s directions, assess patients and respond to and report any changes in condition.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
- Ensure that all safety and infection control practices are followed
- Distribute documents medications (including narcotics) according to established standards and regulations
- Responds to emergency situations
- Supervises other members of the home health team
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Communicates with patients and families regarding treatment and care
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing at a minimum, bachelor's degree preferred
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Two years of relevant experience required with some supervisory experience
- Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding home health care
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
- Must pass all required background checks
