Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes. As an In-Home Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of our clients through personalized care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Operations Manager and/or Franchise Owner, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering care to clients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The RN effectively interacts and provides information on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provides case management with clients, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN staff regularly assists with caregiver training and skills checks to include new caregiver onboarding and continuing education efforts.

Personalized Care Plans:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each client's unique needs and medical history.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Education and Support:

• Educate clients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.

Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to any medical emergencies, providing appropriate care and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in North Carolina
• Compassion, Empathy, and Dedication
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Desire to Make a Difference

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care, hospice, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
