Comfort Suites Bowling Green is Hiring a Front Desk Agent (2nd Shift) Near Bowling Green, KY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
