Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities. Please no phone calls at the hotel. Must apply on Indeed.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate work of contractors when needed.
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment including PTAC units.
- Utilize hotel PMS( property management system) to track work orders and inventory.
- Maintain the pool.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
Experience:
- Prior experience in facilities/ hotel maintenance is required.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work alone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
