Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns or issues
- Handle guest requests for amenities, room service, or other services
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Complete night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or as a front desk clerk is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Please note that this position may require working night shifts as part of the night audit responsibilities.
