Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Operate the hotel phone system and respond to calls as needed
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:

- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Experience working in a hotel or resort setting is desirable
