Remote HRIS Analyst Position
- Responsible for system administration, troubleshooting and providing system support, and maintaining data quality.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including but not limited to reporting, HRIS configuration work and testing.
- Maintain HRIS Workday system and other client HR applications and tools.
- Provide HRIS admin support for system configuration, integrations, reporting and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR systems issues.
- Provide QA support on system launches, enhancements and other system changes/fixes.
- Triage and resolve Level 2 HR applications tickets.
- Provide user training and enablement on HR applications and tools.
- Perform system audits and fulfill compliance requests.
- Execute system uploads and audits.
- Manage regression testing for Workday releases.
- Create/enhance HR ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
- Maintain systems security and access changes.
- Partner with HR, Payroll and IT teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Create systems documentation and user/process guides Participate in other projects as assigned.
