Description ComfortCare Pharmacy and Medical Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Order Intake Coordinator at ComfortCare Medical Products to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating incoming medical equipment orders and supplies from start to finish. Responsibilities •Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly •Share detailed information about the various products and services offered •Aid customers in placing and managing their orders efficiently •Maintain and update customer records accurately based on interactions •Collaborate with customers, physicians, and insurance companies to facilitate medical equipment orders •Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls effectively Qualifications •Previous experience in customer service, durable medical products, or related fields like the medical front office is required •A strong ability to establish connections with clients is essential •Must excel in prioritizing tasks and multitasking effectively •Maintaining a positive and professional attitude is a must •Superior written and verbal communication skills are necessary •Fluency in Spanish or Armenian is highly desirable •Availability for part-time or full-time work (25-40 hours per week) •Flexibility to work on Saturdays with one weekday off
