Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone out of school looking to enter a creative sales position. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, self-driven, and has a knack for sales. This role involves leveraging LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent, building a robust professional network, and creating and sharing compelling content to nurture relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn to source and engage with top talent
- Build and maintain a strong professional network
- Create and share engaging content to attract potential candidates
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and clients
- Assist with various recruitment tasks as needed
- Strong self-motivation and eagerness to learn
- Sales experience, with a proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with others
- A creative eye and interest in movie trailers, as theatrical marketing is a significant part of our business
- Experience with social media platforms and creating recruitment video content is a plus
- Previous recruitment experience is not required but is a bonus
- Starting at $13.67 per hour with a draw on commission
- Potential to earn six figures in the first year for a driven individual
- Note: This is not a benefited position
