Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced commercial cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dusting, disinfecting bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting hard surfaces.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing

- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

- Produce a weekly inspection of needed supplies

- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

- Integrity and ability to work independently

- High school degree or equivalent

- Ability to handle floor equipment and machinery

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures

Preferred Skills:

- Facilities maintenance

- Porter duties

- Floor care expertise

- Commercial cleaning experience

- Custodial skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
