Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Sales and Service Representative where you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction . We are looking for a dedicated individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on providing excellent customer support. This position offers the chance to interact with diverse customers, contribute to sales growth, and be an integral part of our customer service team. This is a role where you will share your time between the advertising and circulation department.
Duties:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Monitor classified revenue goals and assist with classified advertising, as well as circulation revenue goals.
-Make outgoing sales and service calls.
-Assist the finance department with any data input.
- Utilize time management skills to handle multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and drive sales through effective communication
- Provide support for technical sales inquiries and assist customers with technology-related questions pertaining to customers subscriptions and ad placement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using cash registers and computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is beneficial
