Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need of care within their homes. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring support.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report changes in client health status to the appropriate medical personnel

Requirements:
- Prior experience in caregiving or related fields such as PICU, Geriatrics, Hospital Medicine, or Medical-Surgical is preferred
- Strong passion for providing care and support to individuals in need
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and other physical tasks
