Bartender:

Common Ground Hospitality is seeking experienced and charismatic Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you'll not only mix and serve drinks but also provide an engaging experience for our guests. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for crafting beverages, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are skilled in delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organized, and stocked at all times.
• Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
• Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to free-pour accurately.
• Time management and Multitasking skills are a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
