Common Ground Land Management and Excavation LLC is looking for a qualified, experienced, committed, meticulous, and highly motivated laborer and heavy equipment operator. The candidate must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace with a valid drivers license. Candidate must be punctual, professional and motivated to assist in the growth of CG Land Mgmt and Excavation LLC. Duties to be performed are operation of different pieces of earthmoving equipment such as mini to large excavator’s, bulldozers, skidsteer’s, and compactors with the ability to read blueprints, follow grade and pay special attention to detail. Candidate is responsible for daily inspection/maintenance and upkeep of the equipment. Common Ground does not allow smoking in any company vehicle or equipment. Performance bonuses are given for outstanding attendance, professionalism and work ethic. Candidate must display fine operational skills in tight proximities with little error. Candidate must provide references and have atleast 5 years experience working construction and operating equipment.
