Common Wealth is seeking a Housing & Resident Relations Coordinator to assist our team in the management of 176 affordable housing units on Madison's east and west side. This position involves marketing and leasing, compliance, application processing, administrative support, and resident relations. Applicants should have strong administrative and organizational skills. This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, with full benefits. Common Wealth Development offers a $1500.00 (annual) bonus to employees who demonstrate proficiency in Spanish and/or Hmong Requirements:
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and multitask
Work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as a member of a team
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, communities, and community partners
Strong writing skills and oral communication for providing quality customer service
Conflict management and de-escalation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
Ability to learn and navigate new software and programming
Have own vehicle, clean driving record and liability insurance
Desired Qualifications:
Proficient with AppFolio property management software
Lived experience with low-income housing, housing insecurity or racially diverse communities
Experience in property management, administrative support, or service industry
Experience working with people from low-income and racially diverse communities
Experience with WHEDA Tax Credit Compliance and HOME Program Regulations

Bilingual, multilingual, or ESL
