Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in business or accounting a plus, but not required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Sort, organize, and enter accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices
• Research and solve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Prepare check payments for signature
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Maintain vendor files
• Other duties as assigned

• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Solid communication skills
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to work with spreadsheets

The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Training will be conducted entirely in office, and then the work schedule will transition to hybrid (in office/remote) once training is complete with management approval.
