Join our team as a Medical Tech (MT)! A laboratory professional responsible for performance of all levels of general testing within the analytical laboratory. The Medical Tech provides a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge to department testing and clinical relevance. While in this position we ask that you feel comfortable consistently functioning in a self-directed manner and exhibits complex problem solving skills.
QualificationsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 1 year related work experience preferred
- Associate’s Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- MLS with ASCP certification, or MT/MLT with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification, or specialty ASCP certification in the assigned department required within 6 months of hire
