CHI is looking for a Full Time Clinic Receptionist to join the team!
The Receptionist performs a variety of business office and reception duties accurately and with minimal supervision. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering and routing phone calls in accordance with practice policies; scheduling patient appointments; greeting and registering patients; collecting, verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information; gathering and coding charge information. Observes strict patient confidentiality in dealing with callers .
What You'll Do:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. A Medical and/or office management degree is preferred.
Experience: Prefer a minimum of two years office/secretarial experience in a medical facility. Computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling practices is required.
