Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Network Credentialing Manger, you will be responsible for credentialing process for re-credentialing for the members of the MHS Network. Respectful of highly sensitive issues and documents.Duties Include, but not limited toProcessing re-credentialing applications as applicable according to the MHS policy /procedure and NCQA. Assisting in new applications as needed.Provides administrative support to the MHS Director, Committees.Participate in delegation auditsWork with Credentialing Committee and Board of Directors to interpret, explain andfollow guidelines established by the Network.Monitor and revise credentialing forms as needed.Monitor, maintain files including Licensure, DEA, Insurance, other updates.Basic clerical functions including faxing, copying and filing.Timely follow up on pending credentialing issues.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience of 2-5 years in a MedicalStaff office, NAMSS certification or achieved within guidelines of the program.

Prior Credentialing experience strongly preferred

Microsoft / Google products or other spreadsheets databases,customer relations, and excellent telephone skills required. MSOW CredentialingSoftware. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent presentation andpublic speaking skills. Must be a self starter and have a proven record of workingindependently. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
