Responsibilities:About This Position
The Engineering Mechanic position provides routine daily services and special projects to maintain the plant at a functional and operational level.
Qualifications:Selection Criteria
- Contractors License preferred
- Journeyman status.
- General knowledge of Boiler & Chiller plant operation.
- General knowledge of fluid mechanics.
- General knowledge of Life Safety equipment.
- Knowledge of Computerized Energy Management System.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
