Responsibilities:Must be located in the Glendale, CA area and will travel within the Region.
The Region Director Risk Management and Loss Prevention is responsible for orchestrating the successful completion of standardized risk management and loss prevention activities within a designated Region in collaboration with Claim Operations, Regional leadership, and market/local risk management professionals. Within an established framework, the Director develops, implements and assesses the effectiveness of Region-wide programs designed to reduce casualty and property losses. These programs are aligned with CommonSpirit Healths strategic plan and encompass the entire care continuum, Joint Operating Agreements, and other insured locations within the Region. The position has matrixed accountability for market/local professionals who perform risk management functions.
