ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:
Design, implementation, problem resolution, project management, scheduling, and tracking of learning activities related to the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). Manages LMS logistics including course curriculum registration, rosters, and reports. Works closely with all departments to identify and achieve department and project goals related to online/e-learning education.

Internal Consultant
Minimum:
Experience:
2 years in database programs, informatics and/or LMS platforms.
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent years of experience
Master's degree in related field preferred.
Licensure:
AZ RN license or compact state preferred.
Special Skills:
Proficient in MS office, authoring software, critical thinking and communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to self-direct with excellent organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills and conflict resolution skills required.
