- 4-5 years of commercial construction field experience.
- Two years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
- Experience with Procore is a plus.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00
