Were looking for a Salesforce developer who will play a key role in maximizing the effectiveness of our CRM. This role will be responsible for the design, development, unit testing, and implementation of applications, extensions, and integrations. Working with a team of fellow engineers, business analysts, and product owners, youll collaborate with our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into effective and scalable products in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • 5 Years Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, & Service Cloud
  • Experience in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Experience Cloud
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST, Metadata Api, Tooling Api, Platform Events, CDC, etc.
  • Hands On Knowledge of Jira, Git, AutoRABIT and DevOps process
  • Hands On Experience with Flows, Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, SAQL and Omni Studio
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and governance models
  • Determine technical solutions for complex business requirements, ensuring that Salesforce best practices are followed and trade-offs between configuration and custom code development were discussed
  • Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices and share knowledge across the team
  • Estimate effort levels for proposed technical solutions and articulate the benefits and risks of a solutions feasibility and functionality
  • Work as part of a Scrum team and engage in all Scrum ceremonies, including release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Lead deployment effort to production and own post-production end-user support
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Assisting in release management activities to improve release practices, processes, and projects

Core Strengths and Skills

  • BS in Computer Science or related technology or technical fields, or 5 years' equivalent experience
  • Certified Salesforce Application Developer
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce software development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, sharing rules, duplicate rules, flows, etc.
  • Understanding of APIs and integrations (REST-SOAP, JSON-XML, etc.)
  • Hans On SQL Experience
  • Pardot and Einstein experience a plus
  • API Development Skills a plus
  • Working knowledge of complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle-market and enterprise-level financial companies
  • Multitasker with experience working in an Agile development framework
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in online interactions
  • Can work productively in a traditional professional office and / or remote settings
  • Availability for occasional overnight travel
  • Ability to manage a work schedule determined by project timelines with availability to work outside of normal business hours is essential
