Eastern State Hospital, located in Williamsburg, Virginia, was founded in 1773, with a well-intentional emphasis on community focused mental health care. ESH invites applications for the position of FOOD SERVICE TECH I - TRAYLINE.
This position is responsible for serving patient meals accurately and attractively using portion control, maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation throughout the plating process and throughout the trayline’s assigned area of responsibility for sanitation. Will carry out any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
The successful candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM to include weekdays, alternate weekends and some holidays. Weekly schedules are typically three 12-hour shifts plus one 4-hour shift per week.

Minimum Qualifications

Available to work an alternate work schedule with hours from 7:30 AM to 3 PM to include working weekdays, alternate weekends and some holidays.

Additional Considerations

Trayline or food service industry experience, preferred.
