Experience Required:

Working knowledge of the following trade/operational areas: housekeeping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, building automation, building maintenance (carpentry, painting, and locksmith), fire safety, and inventory management.
Experience with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, architecture, building construction, or related field, or a combination of educational experience that equates to a Bachelor’s degree.

Supervisory experience
Working knowledge of university, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations related to facilities management, especially building, fire, and other event requirements.
