Position Description: The Center for Trauma & Critical Care Education is recruiting for a part-time employee to support the administrative functions of the center. This will include providing coverage for both the CTCCE main phone lines and email. Questions and inquiries received will be addressed when able, referring to other CTCCE personnel when necessary. Additionally this position will support the CTCCE personnel in administrative support functions to include data entry, filing, etc. We anticipate approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications

• Superior customer support skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong organizational skills with ability to function independently
• Demonstrated experience in fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or a commitment to do so

Preferred Qualifications

• EMS trained or certified
