We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA .
How You'll Help Us Connect The WorldThe successful candidate will have key responsibilities for managing security projects in alignment with a company's goals and needs. Drive the inception, planning, execution, and delivery of security compliance initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of security compliance projects for our cloud and on-premises products, ensuring adherence to StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including legal, sales engineers, engineering, and cloud operations, as well as external vendors and partners, to achieve security compliance goals.
  • Stay up to date with StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations, ensuring that the company’s products and processes comply with these requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and laboratories, ensuring that all security testing and validation meet the necessary standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all security compliance efforts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to provide updates on compliance status and risks.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to understand and integrate legal requirements into compliance projects. Provide technical insights to support legal compliance activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with security compliance, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries about compliance, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer confidence in our compliance posture.
  • Possess a strong understanding of cloud technologies and providers, applying this knowledge to security compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in security or compliance are a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security compliance for cloud and on-premises products.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale security compliance initiatives, including StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple geo locations.
  • Basic understanding of legal aspects related to security compliance, with experience working alongside legal teams on regional and compliance needs of different sectors.
  • Experience managing external vendors and laboratories for security compliance projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and providers, applying this expertise to compliance projects.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability and conflict management capability.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and politically astute.
  • Detailed oriented and well organized.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Effective verbal/written English communications.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,600.00 - $176,200.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
