Local Towing company is expanding our staff and looking to make a few additions in our customer service area. Duties include working full-time hours, Overtime is available, Releasing vehicles that are impounded to customers, providing information about their impounded vehicle in person or on the phone, giving them information on what is needed to retrieve their vehicle as well as handling cash/card payments for the vehicle release. The ideal candidate would have strong customer service skills, at least 2 years of cash handling experience, the ability to multi-task, and act as the first point of contact for customers' questions/ juggling customer concerns and de-escalating upset customers. Must have open availability, availability to work full time and weekend availability, have your own reliable form of transportation to get to and from work on time, and a sense of humor.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
