Communities Foundation of Texas’main focus is to enhance the experience and impact of giving for individuals, families, companies, foundations and nonprofits by offering charitable tools like donor-advised funds, scholarships, North Texas Giving Day and more. CFT’s vision is to build thriving communities for all through three focus areas 1) growing community giving, 2) expanding community impact, and 3) advancing community equity. CFT programs include Educate Texas, CFT4B, W. W. Caruth, Jr. Fund and other key initiatives. Summary
CFT4Bis thebrand for corporate philanthropy that encompasses CFT’s service offerings to businesses of all sizes. CFT4B is a comprehensive suite of services designed to facilitate corporate giving,employee engagement, volunteer service, and more for companies that want to make a meaningful impact on the North Texas community. Research tells us that people want to work for and do business with companies that make a positive difference. CFT4B services are intended to help companies improve or enhance their corporate culture, attract and retain top talent, and make a meaningful impact on their communities, while also growing their business and expanding their networks.
The CFT4BDirector will be responsible forbusiness development, visioning, planning and implementation of all programs designed to serve and engage CFT’s current and prospective business relationships. This includes business fund holders, members of our corporate engagement network, and fee-for-service consulting clients. Programs andservices offered by CFT4Binclude, but are not limited to,philanthropic consulting, grantmaking, employee giving campaigns, volunteer projects,donation drives, community convenings and networking opportunities. The position will be expected to leveragethe time, talent and treasure of the business community to make a meaningful, measurable impact.
