- Work closely with our RN manager and group home manager to deliver prompt and effective emergency caregiving services when needed
- Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and mobility support, enhancing independence and quality of life for the individuals we serve
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any relevant observations to ensure comprehensive support for our residents
- Must hold a valid LPN license in Oregon, with a passion for providing top-notch care to those in need
- Proficiency in tube feeding, IV maintenance, and other specialized procedures, along with CPR/first aid certification
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role
- Successful completion of a level II background check
