Job Overview:As a Residential Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch care and support services. Lead our dedicated team, maintain regulatory standards, and empower individuals with disabilities to live their best lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on individual needs and state regulations
- Encourage independence and personal choice through respectful interactions
- Implement individual service plans and offer support with daily tasks and medications
- Foster a culture of communication and collaboration among team members, individuals served, and families
- Create an environment that supports innovation and drives team success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including at least 1 year of managerial experience
- Ability to become a company driver and pass a level II background check
- Ability to handle physical requirements, including lifting approximately 50 lbs
- Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and effectively tackle challenges
