SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Home Base Manager, the Home Base Supervisor provides direct supervision to the Head Start (HS) Early Childhood Educators and Early Head Start (EHS) Childhood Educators for the day-to-day operation of the Home Base option such as implementation of the Head Start Program Performance Standards, program policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring the quality of home visits and group socialization services.
