Community Action Partnership of Strafford County is Hiring a Mental Health & Disabilities Coordinator Near Rochester, NH

Job Description

Job Description

The Mental Health and Disabilities Coordinator is responsible for implementation and oversight of disabilities and mental health services to families within the CAPSC community. This position will include implementing and coordinating programs and treatments, increasing community mental health awareness, consulting with other medical and science professionals about various levels of care and collaborating with community organizations for various mental health initiatives.

The MH&D Coordinator works closely with Head Start and Family Services staff to improve the social-emotional climate of classrooms, home visiting, and to ensure compliance of the Performance Standards as outlined in each program’s regulations.
